Membership in the REALTORS® Association of Maui (RAM) is open to brokers and salespersons of real estate as well as industry professionals in related businesses. By joining RAM, the local REALTOR® association, you automatically gain membership to the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® (state level) and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Licensed real estate brokers/salespersons and licensed or certified appraisers who are associated with an established real estate office in the state of Hawaii. This membership applies to agents who wish to join RAM as their secondary association.
Note: Before you apply for membership, confirm that your license is active with the Hawaii Real Estate Commission, and join a brokerage associated with RAM. New members are required to attend a New Member Orientation within 60 days, and complete the NAR Code of Ethics within 10 days, of joining RAM.
Additionally, Secondary and Secondary Local applicants are required to submit a Letter of Good Standing from their Primary Association. Please forward the letter to email@example.com.
Membership for individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession provide related services such as title, mortgage, banks, home inspection, cleaning, insurance, moving, staging, interior design, and more.
Non-Member & Office Options
Access to the RAM Multiple Listing Service is available to applicants who meet the following requirements:
- Must hold an active Hawaii real estate license
- Must be a member of a Board of REALTORS® in the state of Hawaii
MLS subscription requires the applicant’s Designated REALTOR® to join and a non-refundable office setup fee.
Additionally, MLS Subscriber applicants are required to submit a Letter of Good Standing from their Primary Association. Please forward the letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Firms and sole proprietors must complete the Office Application to gain access to the RAM Multiple Listing Service.
