HOA covers the water, electricity, trash, sewer, grounds and out side maintenance. BBQ in the grassy lawn for cooking up your fresh catch off the rocks in front. About 15 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to the Manulaoa Market and 25 minutes to the main town of Kaunakakai for your needs.
