SentriLock Lending Library

RAM is introducing a new way to take advantage of SentriLock lockboxes. Beginning in July, you can check out a SentriLock lockbox for your listing for free (with a refundable $130 deposit)! You don’t have to buy a lockbox in order to receive the great benefits they provide.

How this new program works:

Listings

• Need a lockbox? Come into the RAM office and pick up a lockbox. We’ll set it up for you and show you how to use it.
• Have a lockbox? If you haven’t used your lockbox in the last 2 months, you’ll need to call us or email lockbox@ramaui.com to activate your account. (You can also look for the “Request SentriLock Access” icon on your Dashboard.)
• If you are actively using your lockbox, there are no changes in how to assign a box to a listing.

Showing a Lockbox Listing

• If you haven’t accessed a SentriLock lockbox in the past 2 months, you’ll need to call us or email lockbox@ramaui.com to activate your account..
• If you need access to a lockbox outside of business hours, you’ll need to contact the listing agent and obtain a one-time code.
• If you have accessed a SentriLock lockbox within the last 2 months, you are all set. No need to request access.
