We use our smartphones in a variety of ways in our lives and real estate is no exception. Maybe you are reading this message now on your phone. Let’s take a look at some of the mobile apps and tools available to RAM Members today.
Paragon Connect
There is no dedicated mobile app for the MLS. Paragon Connect is built to help you collaborate with homebuyers and sellers, as well as manage your business from any mobile device. When you sign into www.ramaui.com and access the Paragon icon from your mobile device you will automatically be redirected to the mobile version of Paragon. You should be able to add photos, run searches, and email listings just like on your desktop version.
RPR Mobile™ (available in the App Store and Google Play)
RPR Mobile™ is a property research app exclusively for REALTORS. Easily search properties, create and send branded reports, and view local market statistics, anytime, anyplace.
Use your location to view nearby listing and sales activity, or take a deeper dive into any property and view tax, mortgage, historical and distressed data, flood zones, school info, dynamic mapping, and more.
You need to create your RPR account if you don’t have one already.
Homesnap (available in the App Store and Google Play)
Homesnap has one app that is used by both clients and REALTORS. Homesnap Pro is a free benefit to RAM members. You just need to sign up for your free account first. Not a Homesnap Pro user? Sign up for a free account today! Click 'Register', select 'I'm a real estate agent', then choose the RAM MLS.
When you want your client to collaborate with you on searches they also use the HomeSnap app but will use their own email for a customer account instead.
Homesnap Pro also includes Homesnap Showings, the new showing management tool that is built into the existing Homesnap Pro platform.
SentriLock
If you are using SentriLock for lockbox access our staff would have already enabled you to use the SentriLock app. You will not be able to use this app if you don’t have a SentriLock account with RAM.
