The Realtors Association of Maui (RAM) has launched an extensive media campaign through September promoting the first-time homebuyer tax credit. We are making these resources available to our members so that they can reiterate the message to their clients. The information is also available to the general public who visit the RAMaui.com website.
RAM will be running the First-Time Homebuyers Tax Credit ad in The Maui News every Friday from Friday, 7/17, through Friday, 9/25. We're also running the ad in the following weekly publications through 9/25 as well: The Lahaina News, Maui Weekly and Maui Time Weekly.
There will be over 600 radio commercials aired on Maui's top 3 stations (Pacific Radio Group) during the 10 week period and The Maui News will deliver 25,000 SAVE NOW WITH THE HOMEBUYERS TAX CREDIT this Sunday, 7/26, and another 25,000 Great Time To Buy brochures on a Sunday to be determined in late August.
