Ethics complaints must be filed with the REALTORS® Association of Maui within one hundred eighty (180) days from the time that the alleged offense and facts relating to it could have been known by the complainant in the exercise of reasonable diligence, or within one hundred eighty (180 days) after the conclusion of the transaction, whichever is later.

If you believe that a REALTOR® owes you money for a real estate related issue or transaction, review the following document:
Mediation and/or Arbitration Requests must be filed with the REALTORS® Association of Maui within one hundred eighty (180) days after the closing of the transaction, if any, or within one hundred eighty (180) days after the facts constituting the arbitrable matter could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence, whichever is later.
